About the 2013 Ride
The venue for the ride this year is The Grove, Hamsterley Forest, see venue page.
We will offer camping and corralling close by for the Saturday night we also have stabling available in the area. For 2013 we have an array of Classes from a 15k PR up to the 80k CER "Northern Championships" so there will be something for everyone, a great opportunity for an overnight stay.
The PR's will be mainly in the forest with a little taste of Bollihope Common. The 40k and upwards will pass the "Elephant Trees" and will venture further out to the northern side of Bollihope Common on wide well defined bridleway and sandy shooting track. The 40k route will be ridden anti clockwise.
We hope to have water out on the common and there will be water at the checkpoints.
